bullet Individual tutors have the right to refuse or discontinue services. SSS Policy is that after one no show, you will receive tutoring on a probationary basis lasting for one month.
bullet If in that month you have another no show, your tutor referral will be withdrawn. If another tutor is available to work with you, you will be permitted another referral, but will begin on a probationary basis. If a second tutor drops you due to no shows, you will lose the privilege of receiving individualized tutoring for that course for the rest of the semester.
