By law all employees, students, prospective students and prospective employees are to receive a copy of this report or the location to get a copy of the report. Each fall all employees and students will receive the exact web address. Prospective students will receive the exact web address from the admissions office and prospective employees will receive the exact web address from Human Resources and/or the Payroll Office.
Paper copies may also be requested by contacting the Assistant Dean of Students in Cowan Hall 213 or by calling (406) 265-4117. |
