order to share files can make it easy for unauthorized people to access
your computer and damage files or the operating system. Since file sharing
represents a computer security threat, we recommend that new file shares
not be set up and current file shares be disabled.
To disable
existing file shares:
1. In Windows
Explorer, right click on a shared folder (a folder icon with a hand under
it:  ).
2. Choose Sharing from the menu that appears:
3. Click the Sharing tab on the dialog box that appears.
4. Click the radio button labeled Do not share this folder:
5. Click Apply to set the changes and OK to close the dialog
box.
