ITS Maintenance Schedule
Network and systems preventative maintenance is a regularly scheduled event that takes place every Wednesday from 6pm to midnight. This may result in brief service outages during the evening hours only. These scheduled outages can effect WWW access and/or access to campus resources such as the Library and student email accounts.

You may check on the current status of the network by calling the network status line at 3767 (a recorded message), or speak to a desktop support technician at the ITS Help Desk (3765).

Viruses, Trojans and Worms,

Is your virus protection

Need Help? Have a computing question? Want to find a place on campus to compute? The ITS Help Desk is the place for information about e-mail accounts, dial up accounts, or just about anything else involving technology at MSUN.

The Help Desk is located in Cowan Hall 117B. Questions also may be answered by calling 3765 or sending an e-mail message to itstech.

"Take a look at this picture and forward it to everyone you know"
"There's a new virus not detected by Norton or McAfee... delete this file if you find it on your system..."
If you really feel you need to forward these types of messages, do your friends a favor and check it out at the sites listed on our Hoaxes page first.
