The
21st Annual Scholarship Social and Auction 2003 was held on September
27th in Donaldson Hall. The theme was "Western Jamboree"
and western attire was the style of the day. Donaldson Commons hosted
a full house and the Northern Alumni Association raised a total of
$7,481.50 to help support their fourteen $750 scholarships. This was
the third highest earning event in the history of the auction with
last year being the highest. The Association thanks the local businessmen,
community individuals, and Northern campus faculty, staff and students
who contributed auction items and worked at the auction to support
the fundraiser. |
