A Framework to Guide Educational and Administrative Operations

The MSU-Northern Strategic Plan serves to establish the direction and priorities for university operations. The Master Plan consists of a Strategic Plan and an Educational Master Plan. It also includes short-term action plans for implementing three key strategic initiatives that are essential given Northern’s current circumstances and new direction.
