STRESS!!!

Stress is a common human phenomena that is part of everyday life. Stress may affect the physical and the emotional functioning of an individual through both negative and positive sources. Negative sources of stress include failing a class, experiencing illness, or going through a bad breakup. Positive stressors are derived from a positive but sometimes overwhelming experience such as marriage, graduation, or moving. People react to stress in different ways. Some may experience headaches or feel tired while others may experience more serious problems such as ulcers or depression.
