Financial Aid Refunds: Both mailing & Direct Deposit should occur on Wednesday, January 17th, and weekly thereafter.

Last day to charge at the Bookstore: January 16th

Payment for Spring 2024 Tuition & Fees Due Date: Friday, January 5th

For full session courses:

  Confirm Attendance & Accept Charges
      (avoid late fees & class cancellation) 		 Friday, January 5th
  Last Day to Add a Class Tuesday, January 16th 
  Last Day to Drop a Class without a "W" Tuesday, January 16th
  Last Day to Drop a Class Wednesday, March 20th


Refund Schedule - for Complete Withdrawal

  100% Refund Sunday, January 7th
  90% Refund Monday, January 8th – Wednesday, January 10th
  75% Refund Thursday, January 11th – Saturday, January 13th
  50% Refund Sunday, January 14th – Tuesday, January 16th


Fee Refund - for Course Load Reduction

  100% Refund Tuesday, January 16th
  0% Refund Starting Wednesday, January 17th


Deferred Payment schedule ($30 processing fee is added)

  25% of total fees due Friday, January 5th
  50% of total fees due Friday, February 9th
  75% of total fees due Friday, March 8th
  100% of total fees due Friday, April 12th

 

Last Day to Waive Student Health Insurance: January 29th NO EXCEPTIONS
