Help Desk Tips
Before you call the Help Desk:

° Write down the error message
° Write down what you were trying to do & what applications you have had open
° Close all applications
° Reboot the machine

If it still doesn't work...

Have this information ready before you call the Help Desk:

° the error message you're getting,
° the type and version of the software you are trying to run AND all other application you had open at the time,
° Were there any recent changes made to the computer? Ex: New programs installed or removed, mouse, keyboard, printer installed
° Is anyone else in your area affected?
