DELTA (Domestic Violence Prevention Enhancement and Leadership Through Alliances) is funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The Montana Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence received one of 14 grants in the U.S. The project in Havre is one of five given in the state. The primary purpose of DELTA is prevention, and in the Havre-Hill County area DELTA serves as the umbrella for the Coordinated Community Response team (CCR).
