Accept email/internet request: Yes; however, the request has to be hand-written and signed by the student, scanned, and attached to an e-mail message that includes the above information (see Information to include with transfer request and Cost for Official transcript). Email to: shortells@msun.edu and indicate Transcript Request as the subject.  There is a Transcript Request Form that can be used located at the bottom of this page.
