Tommy has 14 years of diesel experience along with working on
gas engines as well. He graduated High School in 1997 and
joined the U.S. Army where he worked as a diesel mechanic
for three years active duty and in the reserves for five years.
While in the reserves he worked for an AGCO dealership in Texas,
where he was born and raised. Tommy worked for the AGCO dealership
for six years and than applied for this position in 2006. He moved
to Billings MT. in Feb. 2006 and accepted the Regional Service
Managers position for Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota and South
Dakota. He works with AGCO dealers and assists them in
troubleshooting issues that come up that the dealer may need
help on. Tommy also deals with warranties, special tools, and
training, for AGCO dealers and customers.

Colin Chisholm worked as a Diesel exhaust systems development
engineer for Ford Motor Company before joining AVL as a global
product manager in 2007. He received his Masters of Engineering

of Nova Scotia. Additionally Colin is a licensed automotive

Scott was born and raised in the small farming town of Dyersville,
Iowa located about 25 miles west of Dubuque. Growing up Scott spent
most of his time at his grandparent’s farm outside of town or at
football/baseball/basketball practice.
Graduating from high school in 1994 Scott attended Loras College in
Dubuque to play football and earn his engineering degree. During his
summers Scott worked for a local construction company in every capacity
from laborer to operator to truck driver. In June 1998 Scott graduated
with his degree in Engineering Physics and immediately started working
at Caterpillar.
Scott first started in the Parts and Product Support Division creating
Disassembly and Assembly Manuals in the mechanical lab. After two years
Scott was moved into the Service Training group in the same area where he
was an instructor on medium wheel loaders for dealer service technicians.
In another short two years Scott was moved down to Nashville, Tennessee
where he was the Service Technical Manager for the Southeast Region.
Scott then moved into the position of National Account Technical Manager
for large truck fleets based in the Southeast.
In late 2007 Scott was brought back into the machine world at Caterpillar
where he currently serves as the Product Support Manager for Caterpillar’s
Large Contractor customers.
