MSU-Northern provides Voice Mail services for MacKenzenie Hall residents.

Mailbox capacity and message aging:
Individual voice mail messages are limited to 3 minutes in length. Messages that have been listened to are automatically purged from the system after 7 days.

Log On
	1.	Dial
	2.	Enter Your 4-Digit Mailbox Number, followed by
	3.	Enter Your Password, followed by
Play message
		Press
Delete Message
		Press
Start of Mailbox
		Press
Change Password
	1.	Press
	2.	Enter Your New Password, followed by
	3.	Enter Your Old Password, followed by
Greetings
	1.	Press
	2.	Internal Greeting: Press , External Greeting: Press
	3.	Press
	4.	Record Your Greeting

	6.	Listen to Greeting - Press
