Executive Committee: Consists of 4 board members to be selected annually by the Board of Trustees and the Chancellor of the University. This committee has the general oversight of all aspects affecting the policy, property and function of the Foundation and reports to the Foundation Board of Trustees.

Members: Terry Schend, Bud Baldwin, Cole Chandler, Steve Bebee, Jim Moodie, Dave Clausen, Brent Reber and Gail Rader

Budget & Finance Committee: Consists of the President, Vice President, Treasurer and Office Personnel responsible for accounting procedures in the Foundation office. This committee has the general oversight of all aspects affecting the financial policy, procedures and management fees of the Foundation and reports to the Board of Trustees.
