Northern, L-C State share honors

BUTTE - Jessi Reome of Montana State-Northern and James Idoko of Lewis-Clark State are the Frontier Conference basketball players of the week, league commissioner Ron Kenison announced Monday.

Reome, a 5-foot-11 freshman forward from Nine Mile Falls, Wash., scored 33 points and had eight rebounds and four assists in two weekend victories for the Skylights. She made 9-of-13 shots from 3-point range in the two games as the Skylights improved their record to 6-2.

Idoko, a 6-6 junior forward from Otapko, Nigera, had 27 points and 19 rebounds in Lewis-Clark State victories over Malaspina University and Pacific Lutheran at the KOZE/Clearwater River Casino Classic in Lewiston, Idaho. Idoko also was named to the all-tournament team as Lewis-Clark State improved to 7-1 on the season.
