Two New Leaders Two MSU-Northern faculty members have recently become part of the University's administrative team. Dr. Roger Barber was named Provost and Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs and Dr. Carol Green was named Associate Chancellor for Student Affairs. Barber holds a law degree from the University of Montana and has been a member of MSU-Northern's faculty since 1980. He has previously served as the acting dean of Business Technology and as chair of the Business Department.
