The Director of the Facilities Services reports to the Vice Chancellor for Finance, Administration & Student Affairs.

Responsibilities:

The Director of Facilities Services has responsibility for all phases of facilities operations. Including: maintenance and repair of physical facilities; environmental management, hazardous materials and waste management; general safety and fire safety; shipping and receiving, and service on various committees as appointed. Assures the university community a reliably functional physical learning environment, which efficiently utilizes scarce resources and provides well-designed and dependable facilities to support the mission of the university.
