Mission
Our mission is to develop a campus climate that welcomes, celebrates, and promotes respect for people of all backgrounds. Dimensions of diversity include race, ethnicity, religious belief, sexual orientation, sex/gender, disability, socioeconomic status, cultural orientation, national origin, and age. Our goal is to infuse diversity into our recruiting practices (both employees & students), admissions, curriculum, and administrative structures and practices.
