MAUREEN HENEHAN, RN, MSN
Assistant Professor

Hello,

I'm Maureen and I teach at the Lewistown Campus.  I was born, raised and educated in Chicago.  I received my BSN from St. Xavier University in 1982 and my MSN (Adult Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing) from Rush University in 1987. I have worked as a Nurse Manager on Psychiatric Units, staff nurse on a Geriatric Medical unit, in ICU, and in the OR.  I have wanted to teach since the age of seven and I am happy to be able to teach in Montana for Northern.  I teach first level nursing students, Geriatrics in second level and Psychiatric nursing in second level. My goal has always been to graduate high level registered nurses. I am very proud of our graduates when I see them working on the units as registered nurses.  I truly enjoy what I do and Montana is a great place to live!
